PLEASE NOTE

All items are handmade and hand dyed. Each piece is unique and one of a kind. Every effort is made to photograph items accurately and individually however due to differences in monitor calibration colours may display differently on your screen.

PAYMENT
Payment is made securely via paypal. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Australian orders are sent via Australia Post and International orders are sent via Australia Post International Air Mail.  All care will be taken but any items lost in the post cannot be covered by Tinker, please ensure your shipping address is correct. If you would like to purchase tracking and insurance on your order please contact us before purchasing.

PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy will be respected, your name and contact details will not be shared.

RETURNS
Return/Exchange of items will be accepted provided the item is unworn and/or unused and with all tags and packaging. Alternatively a credit note can be arranged, valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Please contact letters.to.tinker@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase notifying us of your intention to return/exchange the item. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from date of delivery. Return postage will be at the customers expense. No returns on sale/sample items.

Please note for international customers, duties and taxes imposed by their country are their responsibility.
